Judith “Judy” De la Mora-Macias is a dynamic and educated professional with a strong commitment to service and a passion for helping others. Born in Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico, she immigrated to Chicago at a young age and has maintained a deep connection to her roots. Judy is a licensed Real Estate Professional, who’s educational journey includes studies in computer programming and French language. Throughout her career, Judy has held various positions, including accounts management. She has also been actively involved in community organizations such as the Federacion Jalisciense del Medio Oeste de los Estados Unidos (FEDEJAL) and The North American Institute for Mexican Advancement (NAIMA), where she currently serves as the Executive Director. She played a pivotal role in the establishment of Casa Jalisco in USA, the first building owned by a foreign government for non-consular use. Recognized for her outstanding contributions, Judy has received numerous accolades, including the 'Pride of Jalisco' "Guerrero de Luz" recognition, the Peggy A. Montes Unsung Heroine Award, and the Minerva statue from FEDEJAL. Her affiliations with national  property associations and her role as President of Club Tepa demonstrate her dedication to supporting communities. Judy embodies the spirit of today's empowered woman, combining her professional success with a heartfelt commitment to philanthropy and cultural preservation. She serves as an inspiration to those who seek to make a positive impact on their communities while embracing new opportunities.

Born and raised in Chicago, Jenny is passionate about improving health through innovation. With over 18 years of experience as a health information technology professional at a small community hospital and now a major hospital system in Cook County, she has in-depth Electronic Health Record (EHR) and project management experience in designing, streamlining, and supporting healthcare operations. More recently, she successfully led two EHR implementations that required organizational wide redesign of operational workflows, systems integration & data migration. She is known as a trusted leader in facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration, leading to innovatively leveraging technology to optimize integrated workflow solutions, while incorporating patient safety principles, process/quality improvements, regulatory standards and maximizing financial outcomes. This is why Jenny's leadership is required for UNi C's success.  She is the daughter of Indian immigrants, raised in a home that valued servant leadership and civic engagement. Continuing her father's footsteps for community impact, she helped form this venture . As a single mother of 2 young children, she wants them to see an empowered woman leading and making a real change in her community like her father. Jenny brings the required subject matter expertise in project management and IT for this startup.

Alan Castro is an experienced professional who’s been helping his clients reach their equity goals for almost 20 years. In that time, he’s developed a reputation for integrity and professionalism. He’s also trusted to provide tailored solutions that fit his clients’ unique situations. Situations such as First-time/investment purchases, Bond-loan access, and Federal loan program access (VA, FHA, USDA). Alan’s keen understanding of lending guidelines and regulations, together with his focus on educating customers, means that he can assist with financing solutions. Whether clients are first-time or investment buyers, Alan walks them through the process and finds solutions that others may miss. He works hard to ensure that the funding requirements are addressed. When Alan isn’t helping his clients, he’s spending time with his wife and their two young children. He also enjoys traveling and promoting innovative solutions. Alan stays active in the community and currently serves as the board president of the Logan Square Chamber of Commerce (Cook County, IL). Raised in the northside of Chicago, he loves serving its residents and finding new ways to help  the community.
